Stephanie Lamour has a diverse background in the culinary industry. Stephanie is currently serving as the Program Director and head chef of the Culinary Arts at Culinary Institute Lenotre since September 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Chef Instructor at the same institute starting from January 2021. Stephanie also has experience as a Personal Chef at Stephanie French Chef since January 2019. Stephanie worked as a Culinary Manager at Market 5-ONE-5 from July 2019 to October 2020. Furthermore, Stephanie served as an HACCP Manager at Legends from October 2015 to October 2020. Stephanie also worked as a Chef Instructor at the Art Institute of Sacramento from October 2010 to December 2018, and as a Culinary Instructor at Kitchen Academy from March 2007 to July 2010.
Stephanie Lamour attended CFA Alexis Tingaud from 1989 to 1991, where they obtained a CAP degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training.
