Crystal Decarolis

Crystal DeCarolis has over two decades of experience in academic advising and student support within higher education institutions. Currently, Crystal serves as the Director of Career & Academic Advising at The Culinary Institute of America, a position held since January 2012. Prior to this role, Crystal was the Manager of Academic Advising & Transfer Services and a Student Success Coordinator at the same institution. Crystal's earlier experience includes serving as the Assistant Director of Student Academic Services at Johnson & Wales University from January 2000 to January 2012. Crystal holds a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management from Johnson and Wales University, earned between 1997 and 2002.
