David Kamen

David Kamen has extensive experience in the culinary and educational sectors, currently serving as the Director of Client Engagement at CIA Consulting, a position held since March 1999, following a role as Assistant Director. Kamen's work primarily involves managing diverse projects related to product and concept development. Previous roles include Chef Instructor at New York Restaurant School from 1996 to 1999 and Culinary Department Chairman at New York Food and Hotel Management School from 1992 to 1996. Kamen holds an MBA in Project Management and a BPS in Culinary Education from SUNY Empire State College, as well as an AOS in Culinary Arts from The Culinary Institute of America.
