Heather McAdam

Heather McAdam is an experienced professional in procurement and purchasing, currently serving as the Assistant Director of Procurement at The Culinary Institute of America since January 2021. Prior to this role, Heather spent over two decades at Madison Square Garden Entertainment Corp., where positions included Manager of Purchasing, Acting Director of Food and Beverage Purchasing, as well as roles as Buyer and Senior Buyer. Heather holds a Master’s Degree in Sustainability Studies from Ramapo College of New Jersey and a Bachelor’s Degree in Telecommunications Writing from Syracuse University.
