Jorge Bianchi is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sales and marketing across the foodservice and hospitality industries. Currently serving as a member of the Society of Fellows at The Culinary Institute of America since February 2023, Jorge has held leadership roles including Director of Sales and Marketing for Dry Ager Manufaktur and Director of Sales for MIBRASA Charcoal Cooking Equipment since 2019 and 2018, respectively. As Principal of ON EGIN - Culinary 360 since June 2017, Jorge helps international manufacturers navigate the North American market. Previous positions include Managing Director at Clabo USA, Inc. and Director of Sales at Sammic USA, where Jorge was instrumental in establishing operations in the US and Canada. Additionally, Jorge has experience in founding and managing companies, including De Tapas Fine Foods, Corp. and has consulted on marketing strategies for businesses entering the US market. Jorge holds a degree from the Food Business School at the Culinary Institute of America, along with additional studies in leadership and education from prestigious institutions.
