Phil Colicchio

Phil Colicchio is an accomplished legal and business professional with extensive experience in the culinary and hospitality industries. As a Co-Founder and Board Member of Central Perk since September 2021, Phil has also served as Principal at Colicchio Consulting LLC since January 2005, providing advisory services to various sectors, including commercial real estate and food and beverage partnerships. Additionally, Phil is a Co-Founder and Of Counsel at Taylor Colicchio LLP, representing the interests of culinary professionals and restaurant groups. With a background that includes a role as Executive Managing Director at Cushman & Wakefield specializing in specialty food and beverage, entertainment, and hospitality from January 2019 to May 2024, Phil has also been involved in academia as a Faculty and Advisory Board Member at The Culinary Institute of America. Phil holds a JD from Villanova University and a Bachelor's Degree from Seton Hall University.
