Sarah Linkenheil is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in both academia and restaurant management. Currently serving as an Associate Professor of Culinary Arts at The Culinary Institute of America since December 2013, Sarah has previously held positions as an Assistant Professor and Lecturing Instructor in the same department. Prior to academia, Sarah was the Executive Chef at ANdAZ and worked at Manchester Grand Hyatt San Diego as Chef de Cuisine for Sally's Seafood on the Water. Early career roles include Sous Chef at Park Hyatt Beaver Creek and Chef De Partie at Fischstube Zurichhorn, specializing in fish preparations. Sarah holds an Associate’s Degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from Albrecht Duerer Berufsschule, earned between 1996 and 1999.
