Eric Juergens is currently working as an Externship Coordinator & Chef Instructor at Culinary Institute of Virginia. Prior to this, Eric was a Chef/Teachers Aide at Career Technical Center in Dover, NH and also served as the Head Chef at Mezzanine Catering. With experience as a Chef at The Warwick Club and Lead Sauté at The One Hundred Club, Eric has developed a strong background in culinary arts. Additionally, Eric has worked as a Corporate/Franchise Baker Trainer at PR Management Corp./ PR Restaurants LLC and as a Sous Chef at Herrington on the Bay. Eric's passion for cooking began as a Line Cook at The Trellis during their time at Johnson & Wales University and James Madison University.
