Sean Kraft is a Chef De Cuisine at Snowshoe Mountain Resort, with previous experience as a Commissary Sous Chef and "Casual Gourmet" Instructor at Culinary Institute of Virginia. Sean also owns and operates Krafty in Your Kitchen, and serves as a Clubhouse Chef at Harbor Park for visiting AAA Baseball teams. Prior to their culinary career, Sean served as a Boatswain's mate in the US Navy. Sean holds an Associate of Science degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from Culinary Institute of Virginia.
