Jodi Frank is the CEO and Founder of Culineer. Jodi has over 20 years of experience in sales and marketing, with a focus on safety products.

Jodi started their career as a Marketing Programs Coordinator & Instructor at Harrisburg Area Community College. Jodi then went on to own their own safety product distribution company, Keystone Safety Supply, LLC, for six years. In 2014, they joined 3M as a Fall Protection Specialist. In this role, they increased sales of 3M Fall Protection Products and established strong customer relationships. In 2017, they left 3M to become the Region Manager at Ironclad Performance Wear.

In 2021, they founded Culineer, a food tech startup that is revolutionizing the way people cook by providing them with access to the world’s best chefs through an innovative meal kit delivery service.

Jodi Frank has a Master's in Business Administration from Penn State Harrisburg and a BA in Communications with a Minor in Natural Sciences from the University of Pittsburgh. Jodi is certified in Content Marketing and Inbound from HubSpot Academy, and they have certification from OSHA in 30 Hour for Construction Industry and OHSA in Confined Space Entrant, Attendant, Supervisor.
