Pierre - Yves Potelle

Pierre-Yves Potelle is currently the Head of Client Services - Europe & MENA at Cullen International. Pierre-Yves has a Master's Degree in ICT Law from Université de Namur and a Law Degree from the University of Liège. Prior to their current role, Pierre-Yves worked as a Research Assistant at UNamur's Research Centre in ICT law. Pierre-Yves has experience monitoring telecoms regulation in various countries, including Belgium, France, Switzerland, Canada, Morocco, the Netherlands, and at the EU level. Pierre-Yves plays a crucial role in coordinating the development of major Cullen services with the IT team.
