The leaders of Cullgen all have experience in either the biotech industry or in education. The head of Cullgen's chemistry department used to work at Arisan Therapeutics, Inc. and is currently a William R. Kenan Professor of Biochemistry & Biophysics at University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. The president and VP of education both have experience with Toastmasters International. The VP of public relations has a Biotech Project Management Certificate from UC San Diego and experience volunteering with BioPharmaPM. The leader of Cullgen's Cancer Cell Biology Program has a Biotech Project Management Certificate from the University of Washington and used to be an Associate Research Fellow at Pfizer.
