Brendan Mears

Brendan Mears, PHR, is an accomplished HR professional with substantial experience leading human resources functions across multiple organizations. Currently serving as HR Director for the Dealer Channel at Culligan International since November 2012, Brendan oversees talent strategy and execution for nearly 350 employees. Prior roles include HR Director, Enterprise Dealer Group; Senior Human Resources Manager; and HR Manager, where Brendan supported various HR functions and managed significant employee programs. Earlier experience includes a Management Trainee position at Penske Truck Leasing, facility management roles at Des Plaines Park District, and a temporary HR Assistant position at Calamos Investments, complemented by a B.S. in Management with a focus on Human Resources from Northern Illinois University.
