César Augusto Cruz Mora

César Augusto Cruz Mora has extensive work experience that spans over multiple companies and industries. César Augusto is currently working as the Managing Director at Culligan International since June 2021. Prior to this, they served as the CFO for Colombia and Central America at PERI, a German multinational construction company, from October 2017 to May 2021.

César also worked as the General Manager and Co-Owner at Vive Farma, a national chain of pharmacies, distribution warehouses, and laboratories, from June 2013 to September 2017. Additionally, they held the position of Brand Manager at Porsche Colombia S.A.S, a direct importer of vehicles, where they played a crucial role in project management during the entry of Volkswagen into Colombia from October 2011 to May 2013.

Before their role at Porsche Colombia, César worked as an Administrative Manager at Prosegur, a Spanish multinational company specializing in security and surveillance services, from April 2007 to April 2010. César Augusto also gained experience in the hospitality industry as a Finance Manager Assistant at Hotel Hilton Cartagena from August 2006 to February 2007.

César began their career as a Consultant at PwC, one of the Big 4 audit and consulting firms, where they worked from September 1999 to July 2006. In this role, they performed financial, management, and tax audits for both national and international companies, conducted due diligences, and provided tax planning services.

In 2007, they obtained a certification as a Certified Public Accountant from Unidad Administrativa Especial - Junta Central de Contadores. In 2008 to 2009, they pursued a Postgraduate Diploma in Finance at Universidad Tecnologica de Bolivar. Finally, in 2012, César Augusto Cruz Mora completed a certification as a SAP FI-CO Consultant from SAP Colombia.
