Soner Aksoy

Soner Aksoy has a wide range of work experience in various roles and industries. Soner is currently the Chief Operating Officer- Enterprise Dealer Group/VP Strategy Dealer Channel at Culligan International since September 2023. Prior to that, they worked as the Director, Portfolio Support Group at Advent International from November 2021 to May 2023. Soner also served as the Chief Transformation Officer at Fort Dearborn Company from March 2020 to November 2021. Soner held the position of VP of Business Transformation, Platinum Equity at Ballmetalpack from January 2019 to March 2020. Before that, they worked at AlixPartners as a Director from January 2018 to January 2019, and as a Vice President from October 2016 to January 2018. Soner also worked at Sun Products Corporation as the Director of Liquids Operations from July 2014 to May 2016, and as a Department Manager from December 2010 to July 2014. Soner started their career at Kimberly-Clark, where they held the roles of Asset Leader- Operations Manager from February 2008 to December 2010, and Distribution Operations Specialist from November 2005 to February 2008.

Soner Aksoy earned a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the United States Naval Academy, where they graduated with distinction, from 1996 to 2000. Soner later pursued a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology, completing it in 2005. In 2007, they obtained a certification in Lean/Six Sigma from Fox Valley Technical College.
