Mike Herman

Mike Herman has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Mike started their career in the United States Marine Corps, where they served as a Cryptologic Supervisor for seventeen years. After leaving the military, they worked for the United States Military as Fleet Support. Mike then joined Sears Holdings as a District General Manager, where they worked for six years. Following that, they joined Culligan International as a Region General Manager, responsible for the operations in the Florida and Texas regions. In 2006, they served as the Executive Vice President and EVP/COO for Driessen Water, Inc., a premier provider of water treatment solutions. Mike also served as the Chief Executive Officer for Culligan Ultrapure during the same period. Throughout their career, Mike has demonstrated strong leadership and management skills in various roles.

Mike Herman earned a Bachelor's degree in Management Studies from the University of Maryland - Singapore, which they attended from 1995 to 1998. Prior to that, they also obtained a BS in Management Studies from the University of Maryland Global Campus, attending from 1990 to 1993. Additionally, Mike holds certifications including Water Conditioning Master from the Department of Labor and Industry (obtained in 2014), WQA - Master Water Specialist from the Water Quality Association (obtained in 2013), and Class II Water Treatment Specialist from TCEQ Compliance Service.
