Charles McGarry

Charles "Chuck" McGarry is a highly experienced Senior Strategic National Military Cyber Defense Advisor currently supporting an Allied Ministry of Defense at Culmen International and as the Business Owner of Charles McGarry Consultancy LLC. With extensive expertise in Military Cyber Security, Cyber Operations, and IT Security, Chuck has held key advisory roles that emphasize policy, governance, and organizational capability development. Previous positions include Senior Advisor for Montenegro's Minister of Defense at QBE LLC, Senior Cyber Security Consultant for Booz Allen Hamilton, and various leadership roles during a distinguished career in the US Army, culminating in the development and integration of multi-domain cyber capabilities. Chuck holds a Master's degree in IT Security Management from Webster University.
