Christina Flanagan

Christina Flanagan serves as a Capture Manager and CBRNE Subject Matter Expert at Culmen International since December 2011, focusing on business growth, program management, and enhancing market performance. Prior to this, Christina held various advisory roles, including Senior CBRNE Advisor to the Department of Homeland Security's Chemical Defense Program Director and Military Advisor for the Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Policy. Christina's extensive experience includes serving as Deputy Chief of the U.S. Army Policy Division and Chief of Staff for the Recruiting Command, as well as leadership positions within the Army Management Staff College and U.S. Army Training and Doctrine Command. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Administration Management from Central Michigan University and Project Management training from George Mason University, among other military and technical qualifications.
