In addition to their prosecution work, Gatling also drafts and negotiates agreements for IT transactions, including software development, maintenance, and license agreements. Kimberly also has experience drafting and negotiating commercial agreements including supply agreements, vendor agreements, and joint research and development agreements.

Further, Gatling counsels clients on computer law and Internet issues, and assists them with copyright registrations and litigation. Kimberly also assists clients with regulatory matters pertaining to product advertisements, packaging, and labeling.

Kimberly B. Gatling received a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University. Kimberly then went on to The George Washington University Law School where they earned their Doctor of Law.
