Donovan O'Brien Ed.d.

Donovan O'Brien, Ed.D. has a diverse work experience starting from 1997. Donovan began their career as an AD Adjustor at GEICO in 1997 and worked there until 1999. Following that, they served as a Teacher at the Virginia Department of Corrections from 1999 to 2001. Donovan then joined Culpeper County Schools as a Teacher, specifically as a Technology Resource Teacher, responsible for assisting teachers with technology integration and curriculum development. Donovan worked in this role for 14 years until 2015. From 2015 to 2018, Donovan served as a Curriculum Specialist at Culpeper County Public Schools, focusing on instructional leadership and providing guidance to administrators and teachers. Currently, since 2018, they hold the position of Executive Director of Operations at Culpeper County Public Schools. Additionally, they also took on the role of Technology Manager from 2018 to 2022 within the same organization.

Donovan O'Brien, Ed.D. has an extensive education history. Donovan started their academic journey in 1994 at Virginia Commonwealth University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in History, completing their studies in 1997. Following this, they furthered their education at Troy University, obtaining a Master of Science degree in Education from 2004 to 2005.
