Italo Enrique Beltran Hervias has worked in various roles and companies throughout their career. In 2015, they worked as a Help Desk Officer at MDY Contact Center. In 2016, they served as a Production Assistant at Enotria SA until December 2017. From 2019 to 2022, they worked as a Freelance IT Support Technician. In 2021, they joined Servicios Postales Tegami S.A.C as a Systems Intern. In 2022, they worked as a Software Quality Assurance Tester as a freelancer. Currently, they are employed at Culqi as a Tech Support Analyst, where their responsibilities include analyzing and updating databases, executing API requests, and managing users on AWS Cognito.

Italo has pursued further professional development by obtaining certifications outside of their formal education. In February 2022, they completed a Software Testing Masterclass course from Udemy. Additionally, they have earned a certificate in Cloud Computing from Google in April 2022. Their certifications also include the Scrum Foundation Professional Certificate (SFPC™) from CertiProf, which they obtained in May 2022.
