Walther Ayala

Walther Ayala has a diverse work experience spanning over 10 years. Walther began their career in 2009 as a Helpdesk/Soporte Técnico at EMPRESA DE SERVICIOS EDUCATIVOS EL BUEN SABER S.A.C. Walther then worked as a Front End Web Developer at Xurface from 2011 to 2014. In 2015, they joined Zurvin Experience as a UI Designer, and they stayed with the company until 2017.

In 2016, Ayala had two roles - one as a UX/UI Designer at Atix, where they focused on developing strategies centered on user satisfaction and interaction with web/mobile interfaces, and another as a UX Designer at Emesh Latinoamérica.

From 2017 to 2021, Ayala was at Krowdy, initially as a Designer and later as a Lead Designer.

Following this, they worked at Michael Page as a Senior Product Designer from 2021 to 2022, and then moved to Encora Inc. as a UX/UI Senior Designer from 2022 to 2023. Currently, they are employed as a Product Designer at Culqi, starting from 2023.

Walther is currently enrolled in UNIR - La Universidad en Internet, pursuing a degree in Digital Design, which they started in 2021.

In 2019, they completed a course in Web Design for Usability at The Interaction Design Foundation.

In 2015, they participated in a course on UX Design for Startups at Crehana.

In 2013, they completed a course in Scientific Thinking through Coursera.

From 2008 to 2011, Walther attended Instituto Superior Tecnológico "San Pedro," where they obtained a Technical degree in Computing and Informatics.

In 2008, they also completed a course in Graphic Advertising Design at Infodat.

Additionally, Walther has obtained several certifications. In August 2019, they completed the Web Design for Usability certification from The Interaction Design Foundation. In November 2015, they obtained the Fluency in English certification from Duolingo. In January 2014, they obtained the Software Development Fundamentals certification from Microsoft. Finally, in June 2022, they completed the Adobe Creative Course on Indesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop from UNIR - La Universidad en Internet.
