Ximena Dueñas Mauleón has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of design, marketing, and communication. Ximena is currently working as a UX/UI Designer at Culqi since April 2021.
Prior to that, Ximena worked as a Senior Designer at ShopAdvizor from May 2018 to December 2020. In this role, they collaborated with a multidisciplinary team based in Spain, working on various digital projects for different markets with different needs. Ximena'sresponsibilities included launching the enterprise app and redesigning and implementing new features on various digital platforms.
Ximena also has experience as the Head of Marketing at Metropolitan Touring Perú from July 2016 to December 2017. In this role, they were responsible for developing and overseeing communication campaigns, managing budgets, and acquiring products and services from external suppliers. Ximena also created new graphic designs for catalogs, commercial presentations, and digital media.
Prior to that, Ximena worked as a Designer at FCB Mayo from September 2014 to July 2016. Ximena also gained experience as a Graphic Design Intern at HOFSTETTER+PARTNERS from February 2014 to July 2014.
Ximena started their professional career as a Graphic Design Intern at Neo Consulting from September 2012 to August 2013. Ximena also worked as a Marketing Intern at Grupo IACCSAC from February 2011 to March 2012.
With their extensive experience in design, marketing, and communication, Ximena has developed a strong skill set and a proven ability to work effectively in diverse teams and meet the needs of different markets.
Ximena Dueñas Mauleón was a student at Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú from 2006 to 2014, where they obtained a degree in Graphic Design. In addition to their formal education, Ximena has also obtained several certifications in various fields. Ximena has completed courses in UX Design at both Coderhouse and Digital House. Ximena has also gained knowledge in E-commerce through a certification from Coderhouse. Ximena has further expanded their skills by completing a course in Fundamentos de Marketing Digital from Google Activate. Ximena has also obtained certifications in Lean UX from UTEC - Universidad de Ingeniería y Tecnología, Marketing Estratégico from ISIL, and Product Manager from Coderhouse.
