Jacquilyne Gandara has a diverse work experience in formulation chemistry and research. jacquilyne currently works at Cultiva LLC as a Sr Formulation Scientist, where they are responsible for the formulation development of Sure Seal Technology and other Crop Protection products. jacquilyne provides direction to laboratory staff, designs formulations for new experimental products, and interfaces with manufacturing for production.

Prior to this, Gandara worked at MGK as a Formulation Chemist from 2012 to 2018. In this role, they developed and improved formulations for pest control products, worked on different formulation types, provided improvement solutions and support for R&D, and performed active ingredient characterization using HPLC and GC.

Before MGK, Gandara worked as a Formulation Chemist at Ecolab from 2009 to 2012. Here, they assisted in the formulation and design of new cleaning products, analyzed experimental data, and found ways to make current formulas more cost-effective.
