Allen Ibaugh

Allen Ibaugh is an experienced executive currently serving as President of the GIS Certification Institute (GISCI) and Chief Executive Officer of Cultivate Geospatial Solutions, focusing on GIS, Asset Management, and Data Analytic software. Ibaugh also holds the position of President at EyeLock and serves as CEO/Owner of Galvaneyes Partners, LLC, which specializes in solutions for the IRIS identity authentication industry across various sectors. Prior to these roles, Ibaugh worked as a Consultant at Data Transfer Solutions, LLC from 2004 until December 2021. Ibaugh holds a Master's of Science in Urban Planning and Geography from the University of Iowa and a Bachelor of Arts in Geography and Psychology from Indiana University Bloomington.
