Tom Romine is the founder and visionary of Cultivate Premium Corporate Gifts. Tom was previously the director of business development at Maui Jim from January 2010 to December 2013 and senior manager at Callaway Golf from January 1998 to December 2009. Tom has a passion for corporate gift giving and has cultivated a successful business in this niche market.

Tom Romine has a degree in Owners/Presidents Management from Harvard Business School and another degree in the same field from San Diego State University.
