Martha Gallagher

Martha Gallagher is currently the General Counsel at Cultivation Capital. Martha previously worked as an Associate General Counsel at Cultivation Capital from June 2017 to June 2021.

Martha Gallagher received their Doctor of Law (JD) from Saint Louis University School of Law, where they specialized in Business Transactions, Entrpreneurial Law and IP Law. After graduation, they worked as an attorney in private practice, before starting their own business.

They are on a team with Bobby Sandage - General Partner, Kristina Barrett - Principal, and Matt Phimphavong - Venture Associate. Their manager is Kyle Welborn, Co-Founder & General Partner. A direct report to Martha Gallagher is and Caleb Eidem - Associate General Counsel.
