Colton Castleberry

Colton Castleberry is an experienced project manager with a strong background in overseeing complex construction and technology projects. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at Cultivo since April 2024, Colton leads initiatives aimed at global land regeneration, addressing issues like climate change and biodiversity loss. Previous roles include Project Manager at Honeywell, managing a portfolio of over $7 million in building technology projects, and a Project Manager at Alberici Constructors, where Colton oversaw more than 100 projects worth over $50 million. Colton's career also includes significant contributions at Hensel Phelps as an Operations Engineer, leading a major airport expansion project, and as a Research and Development Engineer at Rogers-O'Brien Construction, where Colton implemented innovative construction technologies. Colton holds an MBA from Georgia Tech Scheller College of Business and a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management from the University of Oklahoma.
