Kirsty Romanelli

Kirsty Romanelli is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in health, safety, and wellbeing management across various sectors. Currently serving as the Health Safety & Wellbeing Manager at Cultura since February 2024, Kirsty previously held the position of Work Health And Safety Manager at the AFL from 2023 to 2024. Prior roles include Head of Health Safety & Wellbeing at KMD Brands Limited, where Kirsty was involved with iconic outdoor brands, along with roles at bp as a Senior Advisor focused on health, safety, security, environment, and wellbeing. Kirsty’s foundational experience was developed at Deakin University, where a range of positions including Health Safety & Environment Manager were held, and at Origin Energy as Customer Service Lead. Educationally, Kirsty holds a Graduate Diploma in Ergonomics Safety & Health from La Trobe University, a Diploma of Management from The Gordon, and qualifications in Workplace Training & Assessment and Human Resources Management from LP Communications.
