Joe Black

Joe Black is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in recruitment and technical advisory roles, particularly within the agricultural, food, and forestry sectors. Currently serving as a Recruitment Consultant at Cultura Connect Forestry since September 2023, Joe also holds a parallel position at Cultura Connect. As a Director at Link Motion Ltd. since April 2014 and Company Secretary/Technical Officer for the Edge Protection Federation, Joe has been instrumental in developing industry guidance and improving safety standards. Additionally, Joe owns Black's Sheep, managing a flock of pedigree sheep while promoting biodiversity. Previous roles include Technical Officer positions at SAEMA Ltd and the UK Metal Decking Association, along with early work as a Dry Stone Waller. Joe’s educational background includes a BEng in Agricultural Engineering from Harper Adams University.
