The Project Management Team at Cultura® is responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of client projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. Comprised of Project Executives and Project Managers, this team coordinates between clients, designers, and installers to seamlessly integrate cultural insights into functional and innovative furniture solutions, catering to the unique needs of Southern California communities.
