Jessica Hurley

Jessica Hurley is an experienced professional in the field of recruiting and placement, currently serving in multiple leadership roles at Cultural Care Au Pair since February 2013, including Director of Recruiting and Ambassador Program Director. In these positions, Jessica manages a team of account managers, providing support to families across the U.S. in selecting suitable au pairs. Prior to this, Jessica gained valuable experience at EF Educational Tours as a Senior Tour Consultant, where strong relationships with educators were developed to enhance international travel programs. Jessica began the career at Go Ahead Tours as a Sales Associate, consistently exceeding sales targets. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from UNH Peter T. Paul College of Business and Economics and further studies at Harvard Extension School.
