Maz Bednarczyk

Maz Bednarczyk is an experienced professional currently serving as a Training Manager at Atlas Corps since January 2021 and a Facilitation Coach & Consultant at UFacilitate since August 2022. Previously, Maz worked as a Radio Broadcaster at LRT from August 2020 to September 2021, and as a Project Assistant at the European Foundation of Human Rights from May 2019 to March 2020. Between October 2015 and September 2018, Maz held the positions of National Volunteer Coordinator and Brand Manager at Youth For Understanding. Academically, Maz obtained a Master's degree in National Security Policy Studies and two Bachelor's degrees in National Security Policy Studies and Finnish Language and Literature from Uniwersytet im. Adama Mickiewicza w Poznaniu, with additional coursework at the University of Jyväskylä in 2014.
