Amanda Blinebry

Amanda Blinebry, Ph.D., currently serves as Lead People Scientist at Culture Amp, where focus areas include employee engagement and performance development tools. Prior to this, Amanda was an Organizational Development Consultant at Sentry and held multiple roles at Psychological Associates, including Director of Surveys, where responsibilities encompassed executive assessment, succession planning, and the management of employee engagement surveys. Amanda's academic experience includes teaching advanced organizational behavior at the University of Missouri-St. Louis and working as a Talent Management Intern at Anheuser-Busch InBev. Educational qualifications include a Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and a Master's Degree from the University of Missouri-St. Louis, alongside a Bachelor's Degree from Syracuse University.
