Dr. Kristina Dorniak-Wall

Dr. Kristina Dorniak-Wall is an accomplished expert in people science and organizational behavior, currently serving as an ERG Advisor for Camp Climate Crisis at Culture Amp since January 2019. With a focus on enhancing employee engagement and environmental stewardship, Dr. Dorniak-Wall has held various positions at Culture Amp, including Lead People Scientist for the flagship Engagement product and Senior People Scientist & Team Lead. Prior experience includes consulting roles at Korn Ferry and Sapia.ai, where Dr. Dorniak-Wall developed psychometric assessments and organizational development strategies. Dr. Dorniak-Wall holds a PhD from the University of South Australia and has completed advanced education in People Analytics from The Wharton School, alongside multiple psychology-related degrees.
