Cailin Nolte is a seasoned events and community engagement professional with extensive experience in managing and executing diverse programming across multiple sectors. Currently serving as the Global Events and Sponsorship Manager at Culture Amp since April 2022, Cailin has played a pivotal role in transforming the Culture First Global event into a global virtual experience. Previous roles include Events & Community Engagement Lead at JLL, where Cailin curated programming for tenants and the surrounding community, and Production Manager at MOON/SHINE Experiential, overseeing multi-sensory event experiences. Cailin's background also includes a robust track record with community arts organizations, festival production, and artistic collaboration, complemented by a Master's degree in Arts Management from Sotheby's Institute of Art and a Bachelor of Arts in Music from Boston University.
