David Lim

David Lim is an experienced design professional currently serving as the Director of Design and formerly as Principal Product Designer at Culture Amp since October 2014, focusing on product design, mentorship, and design system advocacy. Lim also operates dlimiter.net as a freelance designer and developer, specializing in identity design, web and user interface design, and front-end development. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Experience Designer at Symplicit, providing UX consulting for major clients, as well as positions at Unico where responsibilities spanned UI development and software engineering consulting. David Lim holds a Graduate Diploma in Graphic Design from RMIT University and a Bachelor of Computer Science from the University of Adelaide.
