Nichol Druckemilller has extensive experience in enhancing customer experiences and managing travel-related projects at American Express since May 2008, currently serving as Director of Colleague Journey and previously as Sr. Manager of Customer Journey & Experience. Responsibilities include overseeing global digital solutions for travel itineraries and driving project milestones and risk identification. Prior to American Express, Nichol held managerial and instructional design roles at various organizations, including managing conferences for travel agents at American Express and serving as an instructional designer at TD Ameritrade and Allen Communication Learning Services. Nichol holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from UC San Diego, obtained in 2000.
