Jamie Young

Jamie Young, CPA, currently serves as Senior Director of Financial Control at Culture Amp, a company dedicated to enhancing employee engagement and team performance for thousands of organizations globally. In this role, Jamie leads the financial control function and collaborates closely with the CFOO to integrate commercial strategy with technical insights. Prior to Culture Amp, Jamie held the position of Financial Controller at Tandem Corp, where oversight of financial strategy and governance was paramount, and Group Finance Manager at Toll Group, responsible for group-level financial management and statutory reporting. Jamie's career began at Deloitte Australia, progressing from Senior Auditor to Senior Analyst, demonstrating a robust foundation in accounting and financial oversight. Jamie earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Notre Dame's Mendoza College of Business.
