Jess MacDonald

Jess MacDonald is a seasoned professional in product design, currently serving as Lead Product Designer at Culture Amp since November 2022. With extensive experience in various roles including Lead Product Designer and Product Design Manager at Sharesies from May 2018 to May 2022, Jess has also contributed as a Senior User Experience Consultant at Springload and Statistics New Zealand. Additional roles include consultancy at The Ākina Foundation and programme facilitation at Inspiring Stories. Jess has been involved in the design community as a judge for the Designers Institute of New Zealand. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Art History & Art Theory from the University of Canterbury and a Post Graduate Diploma in Information Management from Victoria University of Wellington.
