Kelly Wentzel

Kelly Wentzel is the Head of Legal, Commercial at Culture Amp, leading a global legal team focused on commercial aspects of a SaaS HR technology business since September 2022. Previously, Wentzel served as the Head of Commercial Legal at Embark Trucks for a brief tenure and as a Commercial Attorney at Upwork, gaining extensive experience in enterprise SaaS-centric legal issues including revenue recognition and data privacy. Prior roles include VP and Head of Legal at Scoop Technologies, Commercial & Product Counsel at StubHub, and Assistant General Counsel at Levi Strauss & Co., where Wentzel managed significant legal operations and compliance initiatives. Wentzel holds a JD from the University of San Francisco School of Law and a BA in Environmental Analysis and Design from UC Irvine.
