Lucy Randese

Lucy Randese is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in people partnership and consultancy roles. Currently serving as the Lead People Partner at Culture Amp since November 2021, Lucy previously held senior positions, including Senior People Partner and People Consultant at MYOB, and HR Business Partner and Human Resources Advisor at Salvos Stores. Lucy began the career as a Recruitment Consultant at Staff Australia from February 2016 to February 2017. Lucy holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Human Resource Management and Sociology from Swinburne University of Technology, completed between 2011 and 2014.
