Luka Babic is a seasoned professional specializing in people analytics and organizational development. Currently serving as VP of Product for People Analytics at Culture Amp since June 2024, Luka drives the development of a unique employee experience platform that enhances evidence-based management practices. As Co-Founder and Program Director at FEFA Faculty since October 2020, Luka pioneered Serbia's first undergraduate program integrating psychology and business. Additionally, as CEO and Co-Founder of Orgnostic, Luka focuses on democratizing access to people analytics to empower HR and management teams. Previously, Luka held key roles at Infobip, including Head of People Operations, and contributed to research initiatives at Harvard University. Luka holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Harvard University.
