Nora McCarthy

Nora McCarthy currently serves as the Regional Marketing Lead for North America at Culture Amp, a leader in employee experience technology, since June 2021. Prior to this role, McCarthy was the Marketing Director at Elate, where an all-in-one operations platform was utilized to assist tech leaders. Experience also includes a tenure at Namely as Corporate Communications + Events Manager, successfully managing events, media outreach, and social media strategies, alongside previous roles in brand management and marketing at Penguin Random House and various projects in production and assistance within the creative industry. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Ramapo College of New Jersey.
