Sally Bruce

Sally Bruce is the current Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer at Culture Amp. Sally has also served as an Advisory Board member for the National Basketball League from August 2017 to March 2021. Prior to that, they were the Chief Executive Officer at AMP Bank Limited from August 2015 to November 2019.

Before joining AMP Bank, Sally Bruce was a private consultant for Asialink and SKILLED Group. In 2009, they also served as the Director for Evolve at Typo Station.

From January 2009 to June 2015, Sally Bruce was the Chief Financial Officer for the Business & Personal Banks of National Australia Bank, including the Asian Region.

Sally Bruce has a Masters of Applied Finance from Macquarie University and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Southern Queensland.

Their manager is Didier Elzinga, Founder & CEO. They are on a team with Douglas English - Founder & CTO, Rich Anstett - Chief Revenue Officer, and Sarah Tinsley - General Counsel & Company Secretary.
