Shelley James is an accomplished regional marketing director with extensive experience in the marketing field, currently serving at Culture Amp since April 2020, where responsibilities include leading marketing efforts across the APAC region. Previously, Shelley held the position of demand marketing lead at ThoughtWorks and gained comprehensive marketing experience at IBM, advancing from a marketing intern to various managerial roles over seven years. Notable achievements at IBM include developing targeted marketing strategies for multiple industries and executing the Leadership Agenda program's event strategy. Additionally, Shelley has contributed to the marketing community through roles as co-director and communications manager at Emerging Marketers Victoria, and has held positions in other organizations, including adidas and Monash University. Shelley holds a Bachelor of Business and Bachelor of Arts from Monash University and a Victorian Certificate of Education from Lavalla Catholic College.
