Timothy Lin

Timothy Lin is a seasoned UX researcher with extensive experience spanning from 2012 to the present. Currently serving as a Senior UX Researcher at Culture Amp since October 2018, Timothy has progressed through roles as a UX Researcher and Junior UX Researcher within the same organization. Prior to this, Timothy worked as a contracted UX Researcher at The Currency Shop, focusing on user research and strategic insights to boost business growth. Timothy’s background in technology includes a tenure at Delta Electronics, where a position as Business Designer & IT Specialist involved managing IT operations for the Australian subsidiary. Timothy holds a Bachelor of Computer Science in Software Development from Monash University and has completed additional qualifications in User Experience Design and Graphic Design.
