Jessica Ivins

Jessica Ivins is a seasoned UX research professional with extensive experience in leading and executing research projects across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Senior UX Researcher at Arkestro since March 2025, Jessica previously held the position of Lead UX Researcher at The Predictive Index, where oversight of strategic, end-to-end research projects was a key responsibility. Prior to that, Jessica was the UX Research Lead & Facilitator at Center Centre, managing a team to deliver thorough research for client projects. Early career roles include Senior UX Researcher & Designer at AWeber Communications, Inc. and Senior UX Researcher & Designer at Happy Cog Philadelphia, where Jessica established UX practices and led research initiatives for various clients. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts and a Bachelor of Art Education from The College of New Jersey.
