Shawn Lichaa

Shawn Lichaa is the Chief Administrative Officer & General Counsel at Culture Biosciences. Shawn has extensive experience in the legal field, having served as the General Counsel at Curology, as well as the Vice President Legal and the Associate General Counsel at Counsyl. Shawn has a proven track record in corporate support and leadership, managing legal and compliance departments, and overseeing corporate litigation and regulatory inquiries.

Shawn Lichaa has a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University of California, Berkeley - School of Law and an Honors Economics degree in Econometrics and Quantitative Economics from UC San Diego.

They work with Matt Ball - CTO, Katie Greenfield - Interim VP, Finance, and Lauren Kellogg - Chief of Staff. Their manager is Will Patrick, Co-Founder & CEO.
