Moira Chapman has a background in finance and operations, with experience working in various roles within different organizations. Chapman holds an MBA in Business Administration from The University of Stirling and is currently pursuing ACCA qualification. With a career spanning over a decade, Chapman has held positions such as Bursar at Seamab School and Finance Manager at Children in Scotland. Currently, Chapman serves as the Head of Finance & Operations at Culture & Business Scotland.
